Character Creation *Please Read First*

Character creation should include the following:

Physical appearance
Personality attributes
Skills / Talents
History ( your character's back story )

Please make your character as realistic as you possibly can. I realise Star Wars isn't the most realistic forum to write in but use your common sense. Do not give your 15 year old Force user all of the knowledge and skill of the Sith. Do not give your 24 year old his/her own Death Star, fleet, or anything so idiotic. Do not make your character the head of any army or faction, unless express permission is given by the Admin. Although we are quite lenient here when it comes to character application please be prepared to make any changes requested. Genuine reasons will be given. And don't forget to check your spelling.

You can make it as detailed as you like, in fact, the more detailed the more we get to know the person you have created, be it an old, recycled character, or a brand new one. There are many web sites on the internet devoted to this task if any help should be needed. There are no other rules here at SWE, as long as the spine of your application contains the four prerequisites mentioned above it should be acceptable. There are no "Character Forms" as you may see on other RP sites. As a guideline you can use the sample Application Form I have provided below, or have a look the other biographies posted here in Cast of Characters.

Due to a sufficient number of Sith characters currently active I have put a stop to any new Sith applications. This is in order to remain faithful to our timeline. Anyone is free to PM me to discuss this matter.

You may have as many characters as you like here, though I must insist that you post at least an introductory role-play before you create your second character. Discussions for the various current storylines can be found here.

When you have submitted your character and it has been read and commented on by myself or Cast of Character's Moderator, Ace, you are then free to enter Enchanted Epics or Events and role-play with everyone else.

Please do not criticize any other application that is not your own. If you would like to suggest a particular storyline that a character may be suited to by all means do so, but specific application issues are to be dealt with by the Admin or the Moderator only.

Avatars and Signatures:

When you have chosen the avatar to match your character (be it real people, artwork or just something you've rustled up yourself) please make a note of it in your application. Although we have a small amount of users thus far, my wish is to compile a list to decrease the risk of misuse, i.e. two characters with the same image. It is also possible to assign important NPCs an avatar if you so wish.
Avatars should be 100x100 and no bigger in size than 49KB.

Feel free to use the signature application to your heart's content. Text, Html and BBCode are enabled so go wild. Signatures can brighten up a page and they are a good way of distinguishing yourself from others. But please, do not have them so huge as they take up half the page; it will make everything slower to load and dwarf everybody else!
