Declan wears formal clothing a majority of the time. He only wears casual clothes when he goes hiking or exploring on unknown worlds. He is average height. He has blue-green eyes and black hair.

Declan is a calm and kind individual. He doesn’t mind helping people out in difficult situations. He has no enemies to his knowledge due to his calm and kind nature towards people. However, he is cautious to whom he speaks too, and who he hangs around with.

History
Born in the deepest part of the criminal like on Coruscant, Declan worked to survive. Both his parents were big time criminals in the underworld of Coruscant. Every day after school, Declan had to entertain other criminals while his parents made shady deals with other criminals. He entertained the criminals by playing instruments and singing. It was the only thing he was actually good at.
Declan grew to resent his parents. They only kept him around to entertain their shady friends. When he was 12, Declan reported his parents to the empire. That evening, their club was raided by 3 platoons of Storm troopers. Declan confronted his parents while they tried to escape. He told them that he was the one who told the empire where they were, and that he was being paid handsomely. Just has Declan finished speaking, the two were shot by Storm troopers.
The Imperials gave Declan 10,000,000 credits. It was for multiple bounties on his parents, and multiple other people in the bar. Later that week, Declan received word that he gained multiple properties that his parents had owned, a Night Club in the south east of Coruscant, a shipyard above Fondor and a palace on the planet Taris. Despite having this newfound wealth, Declan was not happy. He needed someone to take him in, look after him, and most importantly too him, too become his manager for his singing career.
A few days later, Declan heard of the Falleen song contest. Declan knew he had to enter it. He paid for transport too the planet Falleen. Once there, he signed up as soon as he could. Excitement in Declan was overwhelming. The contest started the next day.
Declan was one of the favourites in the competition, however, he came third in it. He won 4,000 credits. This upset Declan, he thought that he would never get a manager now. However, to his surprise, a klatooinian, named Emanon Klatoo, came into contact with him. The Klatooinian stated that he wanted Declan to work with him. Declan, overwhelmed with joy, and couldn’t say no.
He purchased a Modified YV-666 named ‘Lady Luck’. He used this ship to get to Klatooine, to get into contact with the Klatooinian. The Klatooinian seemed to be very successful. It looked as if he had been manager of many other people. Then the Klatooinian came in, he told Declan that he could make him one of the galaxies most famous singers. Declan was very happy. The Klatooinian went on too say, “I will contact you when I have a job for you. I want you now to search the galaxy for members to join you as a band”. With that, Declan left the Klatooinian and began his search for band members.
Now 17, Declan occasionally performs for various cantinas, royalty, concerts, etc around the galaxy while searching for band members.
