Personality:
Despite her rather gruff appearance and style of combat, Shayna Ordo is more sociable and kind than one would expect. As long as individuals speak their mind, accept a meal or drink when offered, look her straight in the eye (or the horizontal section of her visor), take off their boots while in her home (wherever it may be at the time), pay their debts, love their children unconditionally, never make a pass at her (unless the individual plans to become part of her culture through marriage) and treat the elderly with respect, anyone who encounters Shayna is not likely to end up on the business end of a blaster or vibroblade.

Born to a father from Clan Davin and a mother from Clan Ordo on the Smugglers' Moon of Nar Shaddaa at the height of the Clone Wars, just shortly before the executing of Order 66, Shayna Alpharius Ordo would grow up to be one of the greatest Mandalorian Supercommandos the galaxy had ever seen. Shayna was raised in a world governed by Resol'Nare, the six essential acts one needed to follow to be a Mandalorian, immersed in it from birth. Teachings such as "aliit iru'shya tal'din (family is more than bloodlines)" and "verd ori'shya beskar'gam (a warrior is more than his armor)" were drilled into her core as she became a literal victim of the Mando philosphy "ke barjurir gar'ade, jagyc'ade kot'la a dalyc'ade kotla'shya (train your sons to be strong, but your daughters to be stronger)."

Shayna's father, Cort Davin, was and ex-Journeyman Protector on Concord Dawn and one of the 75 Mandalorian warriors selected by Jango Fett to be his Cuy'val Dar (Those Who No Longer Exist). Cort worked closely with the clone commando units Delta and Omega, the ARC unit known as the Nulls, fellow Mandalorians Kal Skirata and Walon Vau, as well as young Jedi Generals Bardan Jusik and Etain Tur-Mukan. During this time, both Bardan and Etain became closely intertwined with Mandalorian culture and became lost in its warm acceptance in their own ways. Davin was especially accepting of the two Jedi children. He couldn't picture a better warrior than one wielding a lightsaber and the Force behind the near-indestructible Mandalorian armor. Sadly, most missions in which Davin accompanied the young Jedi were black ops and so the galaxy at large would never see such a spectacle.

Etain ended up falling in love with Omega's squad leader, RC-1136 (AKA "Darman"), with whom she conceived a child. This proved problematic for the Jedi, as she was not allowed to know love and also the media circus it would cause for the Republic. Kal, being wise and caring, told Etain that telling Darman would be unwise due to the nature of his work. If word of this situation was to reach the holonet, the fallout from this situation would be disastrous and the Republic would most certainly take damage politically. He decided he should adopt the Force sensitive spawn of Jango Fett as his grandson and raise it Mando for fear the newborn boy would become the new clone template. Etain agreed and made plans to quit the Jedi Order after the Clone Wars so that she could be with her child, now called Venku "Kad'ika" Skirata, if forced to make the choice. Venku, while not directly related to Shayna, was connected in a way as he was the first of two very special Mandalorian children. The second of these would be born to parents Cort Davin and Candrissa Ordo.

The more time he spent around the clones, the more it became clear to young Jusik that he truly belonged on the path of Mando as opposed to the path of the Jedi. Like fellow Jedi Etain, Jusik planned to abandon the Jedi Order in favor of the Mandalorian cause if he was made to choose. Kal was very supportive of this lifestyle change and even went so far as to supply Jusik with his own set of Mandalorian armor. Under his new father figure, Mando came to Jusik naturally. This of course made Kal extremely proud as he was exceptionally proud of his own Mandalorian heritage himself.

Months passed and eventually Walon Vau introduced Cort Davin to Candrissa Ordo, another of Fett's Cuy'val Dar. This woman was not only the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, but was also as fearless and skilled a warrior as even the most courageous Mandalorian men. The two had a flourishing relationship and were to be wed as soon as the war ceased and allowed them the opportunity. Pledging their loyalty to each other, they continued fighting in the war, married in spirit by their words. However, Candrissa was pregnant with the child of Davin. Shayna was born into the world shortly thereafter. Davin was away from Candrissa during his daughter's birth and sadly never had the chance to hold his offspring. Moments after he had heard the good news, the execution of Order 66 began across the galaxy. Davin bravely erased the escape trail of Jusik and was promptly apprehended for it. He was never seen again.

Candrissa moved on and began raising her daughter with the help of Kal Skirata. Shayna was immersed in the Mandalorian way from nearly day one. Knowing that her daughter could never have any real ties to her father for fear that the Emperor's Jedi purge come to their doorstep looking for Bardan Jusik (now going by the alias "Gotab"), Candrissa gave Shayna her own clan's name, Ordo. Kal and Gotab both suggested Shayna's middle name be in homage to the ex-GAR ARC trooper Alpha-Ø2 (AKA "Spar") who had recently taken up leadership of the Mandalorians as Mandalore the Resurrector. Thus, Shayna's middle name became "Alpharius".

As Shayna grew up, her training increased in difficulty. By the time she was six years of age, Shayna had already mastered Teräs Käsi, both the Basic and Mando'a languages, as well as the basics of data slicing. She was nothing less than a prodigy. Shayna wasn't alone however. The child of Etain and Darman trained alongside Shayna and the two advanced so quickly through their training, Gotab began to wonder if both, not just one, were Force-sensitive. This was never tested however, as any Force-sensitive beings had a habit of disappearing rather quickly thanks to the Emperor's new regime. Despite all fears for the safety of the children, Kal Skirata and Walon Vau had no qualms presenting the children with lightsabers of their own that had been procured through various means. The children took an immense adeptness with the Jedi weapons almost instantly. Jar'Kai, Echani, and even a bit of Iridonian arts were thrown into Shayna's training. Everything set before her, she had no trouble excelling at it, let alone learning it. This included crafting her very own set of Mandalorian armor.

Upon Shayna's thirteenth year, she was sent out into the galaxy to find her own way. She promised to make herself the best Mandalorian warrior her people could produce. During this time she found herself in the presence of the Wookiees on Kashyyyk. Though she wasn't accepted at first, Shayna was soon inducted into their culture. Shayna joined with them on their hunts and is one of the few outsiders who have seen the heart of the forests on Kashyyyk. Within a year, Shayna was made an honorary member of the tribe she lived with. Raalthhyk, Shayna's closest Wookiee friend, was declared her tribal brother. The two sparred on regular occasions and even halted the plans of a Trandoshan poaching party on their own. One day with Raalthhyk, Shayna noticed two Wookiees battling in a strange martial art. Curious about it, Shayna asked Raalthhyk about it who said he would talk to their leaders about training Shayna in this art. After much talk amongst the Wookiee leaders, they agreed to let Shayna learn their sacred art of Wrruushi only if she could beat them in their tests of strength. These tests included the slap fight (two Wookiees swing at each other with all their might until one falls to the ground) and the clench challenge (two Wookiees hug each other and squeeze until one yields). Shayna won both these events, the first by using her acrobatic prowess to make her opponent knock himself off-balance and the second by squeezing several vital pressure points on her opponent. Though Shayna won, she received several broken bones, bruises, and lacerations from the ordeal.

After her Wrruushi training was completed, Shayna exchanged her lightsaber with Raalthhyk for his ryyk blades as a sign of unending friendship and left to find out what else awaited her in the galaxy. The Chiss Ascendancy, the Nagai, and even the Ssi-Ruuvi Imperium were encountered during her travels. The former two of the three Shayna actually befriended spent an entire year within the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force and Nagai Twelfth Squadron each. Shayna's skills even made it into the services of the future Grand Admiral Thrawn in what would one day be the Empire of the Hand. During her time in the Unknown Regions, Shayna managed to encounter all sorts of nightmarish races. Most of these had advanced technology and practically all of them were ruthless to their core. One such example was a small scouting party of grotesque, human like beings referred to as the "Far-Outsiders". They appeared to use some sort of biotechnology and, shortly after they discovered they weren't alone, proved to be fearsome opponents. Their strange, organic space vessels even seemed to fit the description of a mysterious ship encountered by, according to legend, Canderous Ordo himself. Shayna spent 5 long years battling terrors such as these Far-Outsiders or Yuuzhan Vong as they came to be known, the Tofs, the Ssi-Ruuk, and the Vagaari, forging her into a living weapon of the Mandalorian race such as her people's traditions demanded.

Upon her return to the galaxy, Shayna made her way as a bounty hunter. Bossk, Zuckuss , 4-LOM, IG-88, Dengar, Aurra Sing, Boussh, Snoova, and even Boba Fett's daughter Ailyn Vel were nothing more than inferior associates of hers and she made sure to verbalize this every chance she had. She knew she could take them at any time and at any place. In her heart Shayna did hold a grudging respect for Boba Fett. While he made for a lousy example of true Mandalorian culture, she wasn’t so proud as to deny that he was truly the better hunter. Mission after mission she accepted. Hunt after hunt she completed. Her record was flawless. Her techniques were ruthless. She left no ends unknotted. Often she left no traces that she herself had actually been there. It was this quality that most likely drew the attention of Emperor Palpatine. A dark Jedi had infiltrated his royal guardsmen training facility on Yinchorr. Palpatine hired Shayna to infiltrate it as well and flush the dark Jedi out of hiding. Her mission was immensely successful as Set Harth, the dark Jedi in question, was forced to reveal himself to Shayna. Shayna did in fact defeat him in combat, even evoking panic in her prey. Harth declared her an anomaly in the Force. She promptly executed her target and collected a vast reward for her efforts Unfortunately, the same dark Jedi appeared almost immediately afterwards, fully alive and well. when questioned about it, the Emperor's response back to her was that he had foreseen Set Harth cloning himself for some time now.

Shayna was soon hired into the service of the Black Sun. The Falleen Prince Xizor, in a twisted mockery of the Emperor's New Regime, had his entire crime syndicate fashioned after the structure of the Galactic Empire even in the most top-secret respects. Whereas the Emperor had his Hands, Shayna became Xizor's equivalent. The credits came abundantly in Xizor's employment, but the tasks were challenging. For her flawless service record in completing the tasks given to her, Shayna was awarded a sister ship to the Black Prince's Virago by Xizor himself. This ship she affectionately named Mandalore's Twilight. While working for the Black Sun, Shayna set up safe houses on Nar Shaddaa and claimed it as her home away from home. Not only was she Xizor’s personal assassin and one of his bodyguards, but also she was even somewhat of an unofficial vigo herself, controlling many operations within Black Sun. As a prime gathering point for all pirates, hunters, and smugglers, Nar Shaddaa was the perfect place to take advantage of the best in the underworld had to offer. This business deal between the Mandalorian Supercommando and the Falleen prince wasn't fated to last however, as Shayna soon found herself in a need to kill Xizor to protect herself. The details of this situation are sketchy and no one ever asks Shayna about them, though it's rumored Xizor made the foolish mistake of making sexual advances on Shayna. Needless to say, Darth Vader soon did the work for her by destroying Xizor's skyhook, Faleen's Fist, with Xizor on board. It's worth mentioning that despite her differences with Xizor, Shayna always got along well with Guri.

During a mission to assassinate one of Xizor's rivals on Ord Mantell, Shayna found herself caught in a gang war between the henchmen of Durga the Hutt, the Zann Consortium, and the employees of the local Black Sun vigo. Shayna was quickly caught in the crossfire. Though her training had given her the skill and courage to fight off dozens of opponents, she was still only one person and soon found herself staring imminent death in the face. She was not alone however. Another bounty hunter working for the Black Sun was also involved in the dispute, a man in Mandalorian armor. The two hunters managed to subdue the fight rather quickly. This man appeared to be none other than Boba Fett. Shayna continued fighting alongside this hunter for a few weeks before, word soon reached her ears that the real Boba Fett was hunting Han Solo and wasn't anywhere in the system. After questioning from Shayna, the hunter freely revealed himself to be Jodo Kast, a non-Mandalorian who was simply using Fett's name to get the bigger jobs. Though Shayna found this to be highly distasteful, Kast did prove himself to be a nearly indomitable warrior. Soon they had to part ways, but Shayna was determined to follow this man and learn more about him.

Her search took her to Corellia where Jodo Kast was rumored to have been seen by her contacts within Black Sun. This "Jodo Kast" however, acted differently than the previous one, going so far as to mention her time in the Unknown Regions, an event Shayna simply did not speak of. Further investigations proved the real Kast was currently on Coruscant with Prince Xizor. This greatly confused Shayna and she confronted her "partner". The imposter reluctantly revealed to her that he was actually not a real bounty hunter and was only using Kast's identity the whole time. Jodo Kast had indeed come to Corellia, but had left earlier that day and this impersonator had stepped in to hide in his shadow. Taking off his helmet, Shayna recognized the man immediately. Mitth'raw'nuruodo. He then asked her to do her old comrade from the Unknown Regions a favor by protecting his secret. Shayna agreed, but still wanted to find this Jodo Kast again. The search became more difficult after her departure from employment within the Black Sun.

Along the way, Shayna met the real Boba Fett face-to-face in Jabba's palace on Tatooine. Her reasoning for being there was to collect the bounty on Luke Skywalker when he arrived. Shayna was even present on the sail barge when Fett fell into the sarlaac pit. Upon his escape four years later, a partially digested Boba Fett was already furious enough before he found out how his reputation had been butchered by Kast. It wasn't long before Fett staged an elaborate fake bounty hunt to kill the pretender. Word of this act grieved Shayna deeply. While Fett had been missing, Shayna had acquired a sister-like love for Kast and sought to exact her revenge on Fett for Kast's death. The two Mandalorians met on Fondor and did battle. Though Fett was clearly her better, Shayna continued to fight Fett, who refused to kill Shayna. The female Mandalorian fought with everything she had, emptying every ammo clip, draining every power source, and depleting every fuel cell before she eventually collapsing from shear exhaustion. Fett, who wasn't too far away from the point of exhaustion himself, took her aboard his ship, Slave I, tended to her injuries, and upon her awakening revealed to her just what a crook Jodo Kast had been. Shayna and Fett made their peace and she went on her way. Despite his sound defeat of her, Fett was impressed with the woman and decided to keep in contact with her from time to time.

Sometime before her employment in Black Sun was terminated, Shayna received the battered remains of her old lightsaber from a Wookiee bounty hunter named Snoova. As he handed it to her, Shayna knew something had to be wrong with her friend Raalthhyk was wrong. Not only was Snoova an exile with whom no other Wookiees were allowed to communicate, but her lightsaber was his most sacred possession, and it looked as though whoever had destroyed the hilt had used their claws to shred it, an act that would have been worthy of the "Mad Claw" pariah. Nothing quite added up. A trip to Kashyyyk soon revealed just what was going on. Imperial forces were trying to cull more Wookiee slaves from the planet. Sneaking down to the surface, Shayna got in touch with the few remaining members of her tribe, who told her Raalthhyk had already been taken aboard the orbiting Imperial Star Destroyer Bloodlust. Shayna found this unacceptable. Taking Mandalore's Twilight, Shayna approached the Bloodlust under the guise of assisting in the capture of the Wookiees below. The captain was fully aware of her reputation with the Empire and, though he hated bounty hunters and their kind of scum, admitted that Shayna's spotless record would be easy to take advantage of and use toward his own promotion. Shayna had other plans though. A tour of how the Wookiee slave trade worked placed her into all the most vital areas of the Imperial operation. The detention center had apparently been used for all the most vicious and untamable Wookiees. For this reason, Shayna discreetly dropped a thermal detonator at the entrance and walked through the detention hall as though she was interested in what her tour guide had to say about the strength of the cell doors. The detonator exploded moments later, instantly killing the guards in the front. Shayna wasted no time, immediately slitting her guide's throat with her retractable vibroblade. She then freed the Wookiees from their cells, including her tribal brother Raalthhyk, and led a revolt against the Imperial slavers. The revolt led to the destruction of the Bloodlust and the safety of her tribe as well as others. Some of the Wookiees in her tribe had been in those cells and were scheduled for extermination. Shayna knew what that meant and as such told her tribe's members that no life debts were necessary in this case, as they were her family and they would have done the same for her. She also found Raalthhyk a place in the Aurodium Sword mercenary group, lead by the Wookiee-favoring ex-GAR ARC trooper Alpha-66 (AKA "Muzzle"), as his "Mad Claw" status couldn't be revoked under Wookiee law.

The Zann Consortium placed a bounty on Shayna’s head in the wake of Xizor’s death. Tyber Zann, the Consortium’s leader attempted to use this bounty as a way to blackmail Shayna into his services. Unfortunately for Zann however, Shayna considered the bounty in a different light. To Shayna, this wasn’t so much a threat, but a declaration of war. For a little over a standard year Shayna waged a one-woman war against the criminal syndicate with the likes of Bossk and IG-88 hot on her tail. Guerilla raids of Tyber Zann’s supply depots and the apprehending of key members of the Consortium cost the crime lord billions of credits. Eventually the bounty was revoked and Shayna was actually paid restitution for the entire ordeal in the form of the reward being offered for her capture. A later face-to-face encounter with Tyber Zann allowed Shayna to warn him never to come after her again. While Tyber Zann wasn’t intimidated in the least, he was wise to the fact that further antagonizing of the Mandalorian woman wouldn’t be a prudent business decision.

Shayna continued bounty hunting, finding work amongst her old allies in the Chiss Ascendancy and the Nagai Twelfth Squadron. She also became somewhat of a drifter place to place breaking away from established bounty hunting guilds and finding her own employment using he reputation. Her old friend Grand Admiral Thrawn, his sucessor Supreme Commander Gillad Pellaeon, power-crazed Warlord Zsinj, ruthless Admiral Natasi Daala, the Sith Lady Lumiya, various Dark Jedi and claimers of the Sith lordship, the infamous gangster Jabba the Hutt, the information broker Jorge Car'das, as well as smugglers like Tallon Karrde and Booster Terrik were among others who hired Shayna for her services. Very few organizations in the galaxy haven't seen her on their roster at some point. Despite this, her true loyalties ultimately lie with her people. The Mandalore Sector is slowly rebuilding itself since the Imperial occupation came to an end, and where it goes from here is Shayna's primary concern.

* Shayna may or may not be Force-sensitive as has been hinted throughout her life. Even if she is however, she would rather not pursue that avenue. It is worth noting that Shayna was once endowed with Force sensitivity through artificial means not unlike Desaan and Tavion's Reborn forces, however there is no solid proof that those means have had any residual effects since their undoing, however Shayna instantly showed an adeptness for the new power while it lasted. If Shayna knows she is Force-sensitive, she has done a splendid job of hiding it under her Mandalorian armor as she has never actively looked into this aspect of herself except through the use of lightsabers, which other Mandalorians have done to simply increase fear in their opponent.
* If there's one thing for certain about Shayna, she has a sense of honor unparalleled by most. Loyal to the end, Shayna will only betray you if you first betrayed her or in some cases, her client.

I edited Shayna's history in this application just slightly at the end in order to fit with the timeline. Just figured I'd give the heads up in case someone wanted to come in, double-check it, and re-approve it.
