(OOC Aside - Milla has been created specifically for the Independent Games events, since I've decided it would be below Camron Devall to involve himself with any of the participants. With the exception of the winner perhaps. She isn't 100% finished, I rustled her up this morning, but I think I'll enjoy giving her a spin!)

Milla Devall, like her mother before her, is an attractive young woman. She is tall and thin, almost waif-like, with long legs and the pert physical attributes that only youth can provide. As a result of constant bodyguards and no previous need to protect herself she is adequately in shape, but not muscular and by no means physically strong.
She has long, fine blonde hair which she piles on top of her head on the occasions that she is in the fleeting mood to do any “business.” She has expressive blue eyes and a full mouth which is almost always pouting.
She has no scars, tattoos or piercings, believing, as her mother once did, that these material additions only serve to mar the perfection of the body. Her choice of clothing tends to vary with her daily moods. She generally favours loose, casual garments, preferring comfort during the days she dubs leisurely. She does however enjoy balls, parties and soirées, and will don a feminine evening gown with a girly anticipation and without complaint.
Personality:
Milla Devall is a complicated lady. Resulting from an upbringing surrounded by crime and murder and inherited personality traits from her mother; her outlook and general behaviour is often in conflict. She possesses the cold and calculating approach to business that her father had once wielded. She has a keen eye for any credit gathering scheme, and despite her own bequeathed wealth will pursue any opportunity to further it with determination and focus.
As a child her father doted on her, lavishing her with attention and providing her with any material whim she had. As a result she can be quite spoiled, and isn't adverse to throwing a temper tantrum or two in order to get her own way.
Despite these shortcomings Milla has an obvious kind streak. She is extremely generous to those she deems worthy of her time and loyalty. She likes to chat, go out with friends and partake in all of the usual activities of a teenager her age. She loves animals and keeps many pets, much to the chagrin of her personal staff aboard the DeValiant. She has a deep bond with Korel, her bodyguard of many years, and sees him as her friend and close confidant.
The relationship between Milla and Camron, her elder brother and only other living member of her family, is strained at the best of times. It does appear as though they tolerate each other merely as a direct result of their familial connections. She finds him difficult to get along with and generally leaves him to his own devices. That is unless she needs something from him.
History:
Milla Devall was born aboard the DeValiant, youngest daughter of crime boss Shay Devall, and first and only child of a cantina jizz entertainer, Annalise Carolen. Her mother had been hired by the entertainment director of the vast Mon Calamari vessel for the purpose of performing in one of the many cantinas spattered throughout the “Downtime” section of the ship. She had proved very popular with the traffic that came and went, with her husky, soulful voice and sensual features. Word of her had spread so far that news had reached Shay Devall himself, who had subsequently decided one night to attend the cantina under the pretense of relaxation.
They had a whirlwind courtship, in every sense of the word. Shay Devall had been known for his roving eye and insatiable appetite for the wonders of the female flesh. Despite her many attractive qualities he had bored quickly of Annalise, and after only a matter of weeks had her shipped out to another job, not wanting to cause himself the added grief of having an ex of his so close at hand.
Just under nine months later, Annalise Carolen arrived back on the DeValiant, sporting a telling round stomach and some news for Shay Devall. Automatically suspicious the man ordered a number of tests to be performed, to ensure that the child inside the cantina singer was in fact his own. Ultimately surprised to find that she had been telling the truth Shay made promises to look after both Annalise and her unborn child monetarily. He was, after all, a family man, and as bad a father as he had been to his sons he would not see a child of his want for anything.
Something changed in Shay Devall when his third child was born. He instantly fell in love with his tiny daughter, who was a quiet and contented baby. He adored having her with him and a tentative friendship developed between the parents when Annalise realised his intentions toward their child were just.
When Milla was merely a toddler she lost her mother. At the age of three her mother was killed accidentally in some crossfire during a blaster showdown that had erupted in the cantina where she had begun to perform again. Milla does not remember much of her deceased mother; sometimes a certain smell will spark a memory, or hearing a song that she sung to her as a baby will bring nostalgia. She does not remember the time following her mother's death as an unhappy one. Shay Devall had stepped in swiftly and had ensured his daughter feel no grief. Taking her to live in his own private rooms with him he took over the sole duty of raising her.
She was educated privately by leading teachers in many fields, she received years of tutelage in various musical instruments, as well as other extra curricular activities. As a child she can remember endless pleasurable hours spent in a flight simulator, learning how to pilot. Shay Devall spared no expense and Milla enjoyed an extensive and comprehensive education.
It was after the death of her eldest brother that things began to change. Shay Devall began to pay more attention to his second son, Camron, who was displaying signs of a keen business sense and a questionable moral stance. Shay began to mold Camron for his position, with the eventual intent of retiring so he could enjoy his remaining time in peace and without the hassle of running the flourishing syndicate. He would never get to fulfill this wish however, as a few years later he would be murdered himself.
Milla had been seventeen when she lost the only parent she had ever really known. At first she had struggled to come to terms with his death; sorely missing his presence, his love and his adoration. However she was uninterested in the prospect of vengeance consuming her existence, she left the matter of death dealing to her egotistical older brother. Instead she threw herself into the remaining years of her education, and occupied her time with various projects and budding business dealings. At this time she controls three separate companies; one of which is a legal mechanical trading dealership, the other two not so above board. Mistakenly she believes her brother is unaware of these small enterprises. She is determined to build her own empire so that one day she will not be in need of him, or be in his debt in any way. She knows one day she will step out of his shadow and establish a name for herself, by herself.
