I'll start - I'll be officially MIA for the next day or so, as it is my birthday and I am going on a bender. Any problems I'll deal with then and I hope to get online at some stage tomorrow just to check on things. Not that I think anything will go wrong it looks like there are a few other MIAs too!

I should still be here. I've been MIA for about a week now but I've been having trouble with my net access. I live in a little town and when a storm blows through, power goes out real easily. Well the storms ended on Monday however Comcast decided to lose it's will to live. Everyday, every... freakin'... day, I was calling them to wait an hour on hold only to get no help whatsoever. And the net seemed to come on about 10 minutes before I dashed off to work and roughly about half an hour at midnight when I'm sleeping. This is the first day it's held up since this morning without any problems, so knock on wood, cross your fingers, all that jazz it'll be back to normal. If not, I'll see ya when I see ya.

One word. Nightmare. I had a similar situation a while ago with my ISP. All my fingers and various bodily appendages crossed it holds up!

Just a quick little note before I head off to bed. I got more storms heading my way by Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure how that'll affect my net access so just giving a heads up if I vanish for a bit.

No problem mate. I'll have to add to this now too I'm afraid. My laptop seems to have contracted a virus; and it crashes after about ten minutes each time I restart. So I will probably be AWOL for the next 24 hours or so as I'll be f-disking (long overdue anyway) tomorrow. If this does not right matters I'll be "borrowing" a PC from a family member.
